Body imbalance general

>clean is higher than deadlift

that's not an imbalance you're just retarded

>can pistol more than back squat
How do I fix this

maybe he's just naturally xxplosive

>not sure if you can powerclean a new pr
>deadlift 3pl8s like it was air weight up to your waist only to drop it mid shrug

Umm that's not how it works their two different exercises

>military press better than jerk
What did I do wrong fit

>squat better than bench

JUST

Jerk is a technical move

>squat always 80% of DL
>Bench always 1:1 of front squat

feels good not having muscle imbalances

>row higher than press

Can anyone tell me, what is going on in this .gif?

>bench is 65% of squat

Following 1RMs

BW: 80kgs

Bench: 85
Squat: 120
Deadlift: 140
OHP: 60
Power Clean: 70

>tfw no bodyweight powerclean

Of course your row is gonna be higher than your overhead press, this isn't an imbalance at all

...

squat higher than deadlift
my grip strength sucks

This.

Normal, bro

The ref called for a back mount position, meaning the guy should be on top but instead is awkwardly trying to fuck the bottom and keeps thrusting, so the bottom disengaged and the ref is trying to tell him off

>Squat exactly same as deadlift
this is what happens when you never do conventional deadlifts and squat 4-10 times a week. Probably gonna need a back someday

your jerk technique fucking sucks

>Shrug
that'll be your problem right there - that's not how a clean works

>I can lift a barbell to my shoulders but not to my hips

>can curl more than bench
jesus fuck how do i make chest gains? Been stuck on the same weight for 7 months now

Step back faggots

>deadlift 3pl8 easily now
>can't squat 70kg for 3 reps, maybe can't even finish 1 rep of 1.5pl8.

How the fuck do you do that.

Like, seriously. How do you clean more than you DL; a clean starts out like a DL ffs.

Like, you can seriously front squat more than you can DL? wat

I feel like that's fairly common; your back is typically stronger than your shoulders.

Deadlift being way higher than squat is pretty much the most common imbalance: you need a strong back to squat but you don't necessarily need strong legs to deadlift big. I know guys who barely squat 3pl8 but can pull closer to 5pl8 because they've got really strong pos. chains

>press 1 plate for 7
>bench 2 plate for a measly 4

Why did God curse me with the wrong pressing prowess

Farmer walks

Candito Bench program

>squat lower than bench

>those girls laughing in the background

a strong ohp is more impressive and more indicative of strength than bench ya dingus
