Anyone take sleeping pills here? How hard are they to get a prescription for?

Anyone take sleeping pills here? How hard are they to get a prescription for?

Not trying to kill myself, I just always have trouble sleeping

Just buy melatonin. It might not be as effective, but it will help lots and it's natural

How do you use that?

You can but it in pill form from pretty much anywhere where you get vitamins and supplements

if you always have trouble sleeping then sleeping pills are a terrible choice. they won't solve the problem.

get an appointment with a sleep specialist instead. you might have a sleep disorder

Oh you just take it before bed?

Honestly something like ambien isn't too hard to get your hands on, you may need to go doctor shopping a bit though. Look up some of the symptoms of insomnia. "I end up tossing and turning for 5 hours a night""I need 8 cups of coffee per day just to keep myself awake""I've tried diet, I've tried exercise""I've woken up at work with absolutely no memory of even getting into my care"'I met this guy named Tyler". Play it smart, shouldn't take too much time.

May want to try melatonin and zinc first, available OTC and bar some major issue should put you too sleep just fine.

Yeah I take Ambien every so often, like once a week, and have for a long time.

They can be pretty addictive. You really have to moderate your usage. But they're also a lifesafer for when you really can't get to sleep.

They are absurdly easy to get a script for.

Yeah, it starts working within 10 minutes. A lot better for you than most sleeping pills but should still be effective

Just buy a gram of alprazolam of the darknet and put it on 500 sugar cubes. 25 cents each and effective

It's not a sleeping pill in the strictest sense. Melatonin is a chemical in your body that regulates stuff like circadian rhythm, so if you start taking it before bed each night it'll help to reboot your sleep schedule. I use it whenever I come back from having time off to get back into regular work hours.

You don't need a prescription for sleep pills you fucking idiot. You can buy a box of them at Walmart for $2.

I just take 2 Benadryl pills.

>'I met this guy named Tyler"
wtf?

>he hasn't met Tyler

I'll give that a try first since it's not that expensive

Lol fuck that shit brah

I used to work nights so I wanna start waking up at 6am instead of 2pm now

Melatonin knocks me right the fuck out

Fixing a fucked up sleep schedule is hell but melatonin will definitely make it easier. Your body naturally wants to go to sleep when it's dark and wake up when it's light.

oh, nice

anyone that doesnt want sleeping pills just
pick up a bottle of ZMK.

most incredible sleep and dreams and massively horny in the morning

GABA

thank me later

op here

back from the chemist with some melatonin. Had to go to 2 different places before I found some in stock.

Took 4 of them and I'm gonna go nap nap

goodnight Veeky Forums

I'm prescribed mirtazapine and honestly, it really fixed it for me. No longer being awake untill the early morning. Also fixes the mood.

You gotta be a professional sad cunt to get it tho

Did you get any weight gain from that I've heard some people blaming their fatness on it

Not hard at all personally, doctor just straight up prescribed it after I pointed out I was having trouble sleeping.

Can you buy it in Australia?

>Can you buy it in Australia?
Google seems to think so

>2016
>not realizing how easy it is to buy research chemical sleeping pills over the internet.
I got a gram (1k doses) of etizolam (Japanese sleeping pills that's unscheduled here) for like 45$.

I used to take some testosteron supplement for gains.. Apparently it was doing shit for test levels but damn it I slept like a baby. Used that shit especially when I was tired for work and had to punch in extra hours. You can find it on amazon just type Testosterone supplement or some shit and read the comments

thought I needed sleeping pills too but all I had to do was get a power fan

Not that hard. My oringinal doc prescribed me Restoril which made me retarded. New doc took over and tried me on Trazodone (didn't work, gave me headaches), Remeron (extreme sugar cravings and ate myself to the point where I had pre-diabetes and prescribed Metformin), Vistaril (just basically benadryl on steroids and effective as an anti-anxiety drug, but no effect on me), Seroquel (made me hungry all the time, it's like weed in pill form), Ambien (made me have memory issues), then now what I'm on now: Lunesta. Lunesta is the best one I've been on and works well. I've been on it for 3 years now. The only issue I have is how expensive it is. Good thing my insurance pays for it.

you could import it and the worse that could happen is it could be confiscated.

There is shitty homeopathic melatonin over the counter which has next to no ingredients.

You can get slow release melatonin pills with a prescription from your GP.

They are pretty effective when used correctly.

It claims they are meant to be used for the elderly or something but I have never had issues getting a script and repeats, it goes by the name Circadin.

Just bang xanax if u wanna be a sleeping junkie
