>TFW 130/81 blood pressure
TFW 130/81 blood pressure
Nice dude!
That's alright, normal is 120/80 and the diastolic (bottom number)is more important for general health
A systolic over 160 or diastolic over 95 is a problem for exercise
Mine is around 140/60.
>263 lbs
>106/72 blood pressure
Genetics fucked you up lad.

I had high bp, yes, I am fat. Had to take meds for the bp.
Started sports, first walking, then biking and now I am going to the gym 3 times a week. BP is now 120-130/60-70.
forgot to mention that I stopped taking meds 2 years ago.
>bp was like 150/90
>Lose a little weight eat a little better
>120/82

Can GP machines be broken?
I use the one at my gym, do they work
Weight loss is the single most effective way to decrease blood pressure. It works better than ACE inhibitors, HCTZ, CCBs, etc. But fatties won't do it.
>tfw 135/55
122/69 and i'm on a cycle
110/70 master race reporting in.
65-70 resting heart rate
My doctor told me I needed beta blockers. I asked if working out or losing weight would be more beneficial or help and they said only a little, but beta blockers would be better.
Never went back. Blood pressure is great now
>105/60 on a cycle
>132/72.
Do I need to be concerned about the large difference? Is this better or worse than 132/92?

I'm very disappointed in my resting heart rate but idk how to improve. I guess I'm just a pathetic human being.
>tfw 138/92
How did this happen?
>tfw 150/95
Actually, under recent new standards, up to 140 systolic is good.
Only for people 60 and over.
90/60 is the nicest BP I've had.
It ranges from 85-110/55-75 though.
Resting bpm is usually in 50s
Enjoy that orthostatic syncope.
Doesn't cause me any issues unless I'm fasting and don't supplement adequate electrolytes.
I only notice it when I change positions quickly.
