I have a family gym membership and I just go occasionally to "max out" aka egolift.

I'd just much rather do my actual training at home or at a park.

Read Call it what you want but my training is 99% calisthenics or weighted calisthenics. Whether I lift a barbell once a month doesnt affect me much other than me bragging about my bench to non lifter friends.

Who cares? If someone squatted 5 plates in a powerlifting meet and then another guy quarter repped 5 plate and they both posted here what difference would it make to you?

If they are increasing weight with the same form and gaining muscle in desired locations they are preforming them "correctly" for their individual goals you fat neckbeard

29M lifting and dieting real consistently for a bit over 2 years. 5'8" 172lbs im pretty trex mode desu

Same guy again, legs and back are huge but have either twig arms or dysmorphia

How did you get so strong in two and a half years?

I kept cutting excessively for months on end which just made me weaker and for no gains.

I have been lifting just randomly for about 6 years and my job is very physical. These last couple years i lift constantly and keepntrack of everything systematically.

I've never had elbow pain.

I get a stabbing pain in my shoulder around my clavicle when I flare though.

Maybe your squat form is causing elbow pain, I've had that...

I've always been the guy that my friends and family were in awe of how much I ate.
I just had to binge on shit food for 1 year to gain weight, now my metabolism is kind of under control. I can gain weight with just 3400 cals. Progress is still shit thou
