Looks like you're getting too many carbs between the sandwich and the chips. I'd start swapping out half of the sandwich for a cup of nacho cheese you can use as dipping sauce for the chips. Don't be afraid of fats.

well user, I am Iberian as I was born in Iberia. It's jamón serrano actually, chorizo (the real deal, not that shit mexicans make) and lomo (you might know it as capicola although its not exactly the same thing). Cheese is queso iberico

Really depends on the brand. Just buy vanilla, can't go wrong with that one. Add a bit of cinammon to your oatmeal with it and you're good to go. If you are rich you can also add blueberries
