It's the reverse kegel (pushing out) that will delay ejaculation. The regular kegel (pulling inward) will strengthen that muscle group, which will allow the reverse to be applied with greater ease.

To mention the absolute obvious, this is an exercise you will want to do everyday for best results.

For beginners, start with 1 second holds for sets of 10. Probably 5 sets or so. Do this routine every other day and take an additional day off occasionally.

With each session, add another set of 10 until 10x10. Then replace 1 set with 3 second holds. When you're doing 5x10 for 1 second and 5x10 for 3 seconds, add in 5 second holds.

As far as I can tell, just broscience your way into a routine and slowly progress it. If you can't get a strong flex, take the day off. After a couple months, I'm doing sets of 5x1second, 5x3seconds, 5x5seconds. About 10 sets of that and a few sets with 7 seconds.
