I have a question for you.
A year or so ago I was doing some PLing, nothing too serious; got up to 140kg squat(highbar atg), 155kg dl and 67.5kg OHP (105kg bench but not rly interested in benching)
Anywho, I'm about 10kg lighter now and my maxes are somewhere around 130 DL, 100 Squat and 62 OHP
Should I go on a beginner program to regain strength or do something geared towards novice/intermediate?
I am 69kg 27 years old
Any advice on a program that will help me get strong/aesthetic would be highly appreciated. Not interested in going on a wild bulk and hoping to retain decently low BF%
I have been training in the off-time but mostly calisthenics, cycling, yoga. I look better than I did before, that is a certainty but I want to add some mass over the autumn winter and then drop whatever fat I've acquired in spring.
Apologies for the lengthy and specific question but if anybody wants to throw some insight my way it'd be appreciated.
Right now I'm just going to the gym 3x a week and training a different lift each day. (deadlift day, squats+ohp day, calisthenic day) kinda dumb but I figure any training is better than none

Aesthetics come from time spent training, not any particular routine. A beginner with 6 months on SS will look identical to 6 months on a brosplit. In fact, there were twin brothers on Veeky Forums some time back who did SS and a split for like 2 years each, and posted pics, only noticeable difference was Splitbro had mildly joocier shoulders and SSbro had somewhat heftier quads.
Adding mass requires bulking. I'm not suggesting GOMAD, but if you're neither gaining nor losing weight with your current eating habits, add 2-3 protein shakes a day and keep up your current habits.
You should definitely be on a beginner routine if fast gains are what you want, but if you just want to train and have fun doing it, I haven't found a program more enjoyable to do than 5/3/1.
