Creatine Monohydrate makes me feel nauseous as fuck but i still wanna take it cause: Gains.

What to do?

fucking grow up then stop crying over sups and get creatine from, you know, food.

you cunt

Well i would love to, but poorfag so eating lots is not really an option.

get use to it or quit lifting you fucking beta

Maybe you need to drunk more water.
Or use small doses to ease into it.

recently I've been having gut-wrenching diarrhea right after i get home from the gym.

I think it's the creatine

How much are you taking?

2 tablespoons, 5 grams with 200ml of water.
during the day i prob drink 3 shakers full of water

>tablespoons

Nigger, a tablespoon is not even close to 5g it's anywhere between 3 - 5 times bigger. Get yourself a set of measuring spoons from a local supermarket or somewhere you can buy cooking supplies and find a 5g scoop

Jesus Christ

As a point of reference, a single TEAspoon of sugar weighs 4g most places cite a tablespoon of sugar as 12g.

lmfao are you actually serious? I've been using the blue measurement for a month now

I've noticed it only makes me nauseous when i took it pre workout. Try taking it with your protein after your workout.

You are a dense motherfucker. Swap to that red one, and only take one scoop. Watch how miraculously you stop wanting to die

Oh my fucking god i just checked it up.. Holy fuck i've been taking 20 grams of creatine every day for a month.. no wonder i've been shitting like a faucet

Dude i'm laughing my ass off

...

Magnificent

...

>20g everyday for a month

haaaaaaaa

>20grams
>Everyday

It shouldn't be making you nauseous.

If you're having that problem, then it means one or more of three possible things
1) The brand is shit and they put a lot of filler in it
2) You're taking too much
3) You're a pussy

Also, creatine is a waste of money. Stop throwing your money away on meme supplements and just buy test

...

Take smaller amounts at a time until your body gets used to it also take it with meals.

In the early days of creatine use 50g/day was common, and kidney stones were accepted as a common side effect.

You're not gonna die but you should probably stop.

...

Someone screen cap this shit!

>dry weight measure
>liquid weight measure

Step up your game.

RIP OPs kidneys
gg no re

>liquid creatine

Excuse you.

The scoop meme fucking lives! Best thread in months!

OP here.
Should i actually get my kidneys checked? I feel so fucking stupid

Take a break from creatine for a week. Then restart on an ACTUAL 5g a day. If after a 2nd week you don't stop shitting furiously, yeah see a doctor then.

Kek

Pics of shits.

Then advice. Delivar.

I'm pretty sure you can figure out what "Shitting like a faucet" translates into.

>2 tablespoons

Fucking what, is it pure or mixed with something? Here is the label from my supposedly 100%.

Measuring dry powder mass with liquid mass measuring tool.
Get a scale.

I fucked up. It's 100% pure creatine monohydrate.

See A teaspoon is a perfectly good way of measuring powder as long as you're not taking heaped scoops.

It makes me slightly nauseous too, just get used to it. You can avoid most of it by taking it before eating and then drinking a lot.

Somewhat related question, I had the roommate buy me more protein while he was out. He got a different type then I normally do and this one has 1.5g/scoop.

Is this low enough that I don't need to worry about it, or should I sit down and figure out how much I need to reduce.

TWO TABLESPOONS A DAY CMON!!!

1.5g of protein per scoop?

I suggest you ask your roommate for your money back. You'd be better eating your own jizz at that rate.

5 SCOOPS

Humans carry about two grams of creatine per kilogram of lean muscle mass (one gram per pound). The maximum we can put into muscles is about 3g/kg (1.4g/lb)[47]. To hit this level, a 150 pound male would need about 25 grams of creatine supplementation.

You will be fine.

1.5g of creatine per scoop, but it is irrelevant for reasons posted above.
