OP here. I actually add a bunch of other shit to the workouts it gives me, so I dont do just the "starter" stuff. Also, the machines at my uni show how to use it and what muscles it works out so I focus on the parts the starter program tells me to. Friday was arms day with benching on flat, incline, etc, gym closed saturday, today was chest and back day, with arms again. I'd add stuff like shoulder press, chest press, etc.
Tomorrow is leg day, and then repeat. Once I finish monday leg day it'll be my 2nd repeat finished and I'll start over.
We are friends right now but I'll ask her out at a later date. But my one-it is a big motivation for me. However I am afraid of getting rejected so I'm gonna at least make my arms less skeletor-mode before I ask her out.

I knew my current psoition was down low but I wanted to see how low. But then again when I struggle to curl 15 lbs and I can only bench the bare bar, I am in a pretty bad position. Hopefully things get better for me soon.

Well we study together pretty much daily but I don't think she likes me so for now we are just study buddies. Tho she showed me a bunch of korean models and was talking about how hot they all are because of their abs so I figured if I get abs and arms too then she will like me more.
