Same thing happens to me, make sure you're stretching (Sitting, legs spread, stretch both hands to toes) should pull a little on your lower back. Good mornings as well and Romanian deadlifts.
Dw unless you're using absolute shit form, your lower back will get stronger and stop hurting.
