Machine lat pull downs 4x8
Machine Rows 4x8
Overhead Press 4x8
Barbell curls 4x8
Bench Press 4x8
Triceps Kickback 3x8 each side
Deep squats 3x10-8-6
Deadlifts 3x8-6-6

Same as day 1 but without squats and rows.
