It's very easy. Nothing processed.
This is a must in bulking, OP
Define processed
>no tampequeña topping
Are you even trying to make it?
cleanbulk =/ eating clean
get your facts straight you bellend
>Fits muh macros/taste
What's the difference then?
Number of calories over maintenance
Number of cals over maintenance
Number of kcal over maintenance.
Huh?
if you eat 1000kcal over maintenance of grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli, that is a dirty bulk.
If you eat 200Kcal over maintenance of maccas, white bread and sugar cereal, that's a clean bulk.
HOWEVER most clean bulks use healthier foods because they are less calorically dense.
What's your average meal look like?
Protein powder
Chicken breast
Brown rice
Vegetables
Your welcome
Thank you skeleton
I'm currently doing a clean bulk, eating 3500kcal. Animal's "Big on a Budget" video series helped me visualize the food I need to eat and ideas to meal prep (youtube.com
I also found out that sunflower seeds are SUPER calorie dense, and so those are replacing my snacky foods. My sundays are now meal prep days, just baking chicken and roasting vegetables all day. Also scooby's breakfast bars are about 8300 calories for a whole tray which when I eat the whole thing for the week knocks out a whole third of my calories for the week. Putting it in that perspective motivates me a little more than usual.
