5 lifts you can't live without

ITT: we rate eachother and give biased opinions based on our 5 "must have" lifts.

>Dumbell Chest Press
I would put flies here perhaps, but fuck it, press is just so good.
>Pendlay Rows
Staple for back development
>Nordic Hamstrings
Completely rapes your thighs and legs
>Hack Squats
Combines all the good parts of squatting and deadlifting, while showing a heavy metal object against your butt, what's not to like?
>Weighted Pullups/chinups
A must for biceps and lats

>>Nordic Hamstrings
wut

>Barbel flies
Nothing hits the inner peck quite like these beasts.
>Reverse overhead deadlift
If you want sick back development and shoulder gains this is the lift for you
>Triceps curls
Curls are great so if you want big arms curl more
>Lateral leg raises
Its requires a lot of flexibility but once you get it down you really work the medial quad head.
>Forearm curls
Nothing like a sick forearm pump.

1. Dips
2. Dips
3. Dips
4. Dips
5. Dips

Fasten your ankles to a wall or get your friend to hold them down, bend your knees slowly until your crotch is touching the ground.

Basicly you're curling your whole body with your hamstrings.

Mememasters

>Lateral leg raises

I'm fuckin dying

I like to do them of the pull up bar sometimes.

deadlifts

O lawdy

Sample correct answer that gets 10/10
Squat (high bar is comfier imo but all 3 mail styles are just as effective imo)
Deadlift (conventional, overhand hook grip)
Chinups (no kip, weighted. Again, a matter of preference, you may want the pullup grip and maybe wider than shoulders. They are all just as effective)
Bench (normal arch)/weighted dips
Ohp (strict)/weighted dips
8/8
Fucking snowflakes
5/7
10/10
9.5/10

>tripfag
0/10 kys

ABSOLUTAMENTE

>he fell for the "compound excercises" meme

No amount of curls will make up for being indian

squats

Developing back and lats had never been more fun
>Straight Legged Deadlift
Feel like a god when I do this
>Preacher Curls
Best curl exercise
>Bench Press
Self explanatory

Shoulder and trap workout that's more enjoyable then PHP

Back to doing compounds, boys

OHP, that is

Highbar squats

Military press

Pull ups

Planks

diddly lifts

Press, bench press, front squats, deadlifs and pwer cleans.

I actually do BBR but you said 5. I cant squat without power cleaning the bar because im a poorfag without a rack. So those would be my five.

I meant *floor press.

Only need one
Skateboard squats

>>Pendlay Rows
>Staple for back development

lol.
Nobody who isn't a reddit/fit/ nerd does "pendlay" rows.

In fact barbells are just not the best tool for rowing, period. Of course all the dyels who have been lifting less than a year will get hurt by this fact so I expect plenty of unsupported replies saying im wrong.

I'm doing rows with dumbells because I'm retarded and never got the hang of yates or pendlays, will I make it?

Push press
Deadlift
Landmine press
Hip thrust
Overhead press

>I know I'm wrong
>But I'll bait replies by ignoring the fact I'm wrong and acting like a retard

Lmao

Post physique

Anyone who thinks h3h3 is funny is automatically an idiot

Manual hamstring curls

DYEL confirmed.

Barbell rows are the greatest horizontal pulling exercise available

Pull up/chin up > yate's > pendlay > seal row > t-bar row > power gap > cable row (aka DYEL row)

Anything else is unacceptable

h3h3? I just found this random reaction pic lying around, but you seem to know who it depicts.
Hmh, really makes you think.

pross
dodloft
brunch
squit
chinnys

No
m.youtube.com/watch?v=rNjwZ1fxtCQ
m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlRrIsoDpKg (Pendlay says his is better for lats, it isn't. It is better for total back development, whereas yate's targets lats more)
m.youtube.com/watch?v=4xq3BsKTzYo (9 times out if 10 this is the problem people have with rows)

Fellow poorfag and floor presser.

Consider hip thrust as an alternative to squats

Also squat jumps because you can get maximal intensity with less weight

Also work on your full clean

Deadlifts, squats, Pullups, dips, GHR

Whoops forgot shoulder and chest lifts..

Patrician

I guarantee I have a bigger back and lift more than both of you. I will provide proof if you show proof of your back/lifts.

>merely pretending

Is a weighted chin preferable to a weighted pull?

Will consider. Thanks for the tip.
