Oh, eating like 1200-1400 a day and I overestimate my calories.
you might find it psychologically easier if you weighed yourself less often.
I've lost 45 pounds this year, and I only weighed myself once or twice a month so I would always see progress and not psyche myself out because I hadn't shit that day or something

Losing weight is easier that you think familia. Is keeping the muscles what is hard.
>7 months
Sorry, it was actually around 6 months. Started on the 15th of March. Started out cutting for 4 months and been bulking for around 2 months now. Best compliment I heard up until now is "Did you lose weight?" last week, despite still being pretty much the same weight, "Showoff" when I posted a pic of my babby abs on instagram when I was 139lbs at the end of my cut and "When did your back get so big" by my mom when I walked around shirtless in the house. Y-you too.
I want to climb that woman. Like not in a sexual way, just try to perch on top of her and see what's on sale a couple aisles over.

That's 3 lbs a week, don't encourage crash dieting please. His calorie intake is pretty low so he may be shocking his body to hold on to weight...
>shocking his body to hold on to weight
Depending on your weight, a crash diet would work really good.
If you're really fat then you can crash diet hard and eat slightly below maintenance with a mostly healthy diet and start to lose normally later.
If you're at like simply a bit overweight then a crash diet can probably be done for 2 weeks tops before your body just completely fucking rebels and you begin to put weight on and stop doing anything.

Bad idea. You wouldn't want to plateau at 1000 cals. You'll wreck your metabolism and starve yourself.

around 2000. I didn't track my calories extensively until I got lower in weight.
height 6'4 btw
This is me recently after moving to Chicago. Only going to the gym 1-2 days a week because of work and shit. Have lost some size in my legs but it's part of not being consistent.
Getting a half-rack to put in my apartment soon along with a flat bench and Olympic weight set so I can train at home (which is what I did for the majority of my weight loss but I've since moved and had to leave all my equipment at my old home).
