if u have low bodyfat, eat REALLY good, supplement ZMA, sleep well work out 2-3 times a week and still are low test then think about medical TRT or self TRT (aka roids)

I jumped into roids because I was in very similair situation like you op (also 300ng/dl) but before doing that I was a healthnut and it didnt worked too much, it increased my test only by about 100ng/dl... So I started doing roids - but if your low test is an effect of your shitty lifestyle, then I wouldnt be surprised if improving it took you to 600-700 range

This chart is only representative man. If you're losing a lot of weight (i've lost 105lbs fat and added 45lbs lean tissue so far) your body is going to be unique in it's look and style. Parts of my gut still look like the 30% in these photos but my BodPod measurements for the last 3x have measured me decreasing from 25% to 20%. I have a tiny waist with super wide shoulders and thick muscled legs. So it all just depends.
Mantits and fat bags will be unique to you.
