Currently lifting on 5 hours of sleep because I accidentally drank caffeine last night. Squatted 265 for 2x8 and got 9 on the amrap. Felt like shit but it's definitely moved a lot worse before. Benching 230 for 2x8 and an amrap. The 2x8 felt pretty decent, despite my fatigue and almost not eating at all today. 10-11 on the next set, I think. Then some SLDLs, chins, hammer curls, and that's it.
