Historia civilis truly is the best channel on youtube. Its the only channel that don't vulgarize (dumb down) every anedocte in history or dont do click bait shit like top 5 of the most bloody kings. He doesnt do detailled reviews of guns wich i find totally uninteresting.

Shit mic quality and focuses on Antiquity, litterally beating a historical dead horse.

A new one was just released, actually. They managed to get their crowdfunding done, but I agree, wish they did more. It’s fairly high production, but they could probably do one every few months instead of one each year.

By far the most thorough and well presented channel. There are many Ken Burns and older BBC documentaries on youtube

I'm interested in that Great War spin off about WWII but kind of nervous about it at the same time. There are so many misconceptions and oversimplification surrounding it. I hope at least they won't go easy on the Soviets.
