I make a simple quiche with 6 eggs, 80g cheddar and 750ml milk. I eat a quarter of it and a banana for breakfast four days of the week.

Eating in the morning isn't optimal because when you wake up, cortisol levels are spiked from homeostatis and it takes about 5 to 8 hours for them to come down to normal levels. Anything eaten in this time frame will most likely be stored rather than used.

I'm never hungry in the morning. My whole life I've been that way. I can go to bed hungry and then wake up 8 hours later and have to force myself to eat.

I usually drink a ridiculous amount of black coffee and just eat two or three eggs. If I've got work sometimes I don't eat breakfast at all.
