Working set was 45 DBs and 135 bench today. Finally think I've got my form figured out and have stopped the delt dependence. Always been a small kid, shoulders exploded in puberty w/o much chest activity, so I gotta work now

Flat bb bench: 105 1x5
Incline db bench: 25kg(per hand) 3x8-10, depending on fatigue

40 pound dumbbell 155 barbell

The fuck. I've repped 40kg dbs for 8 and 30s for 15 and can hit 100 on flat bench for only 1, maybe 2 now that I'm stronger. You must be holding back on the dbs or doing some super strict slow form.

Flat bench: 90kg 3x5
Incline DBB bench: 20kg each hand 3x10(1min rest between sets)

could do more dbb but I want to do it slow and feel the lift and never lose my for and also rest only a min
feels like its the best for hypertrophy
