This one has gotten my clients to a at least a
bw bench
1.5 bw squat
2x bw deadlift
in 4-5 months

Deltoid (rear delt, front raise etc, or close grip bench or another bench alt)

Basically just add in front squat every Day 3

for every accessory, I do 6-8 where if you can do 8, do more weight next time. If you cant do 8, do 6.
If you stall more than once, do 4, 6, 8.

Add in back off sets which after every 5x5, add 1x10 @ 50%.

Hasn't really failed yet.
