Jaw fitness

Been doing it for about 6 months now. Also have eaten gum daily.
I'd say my cheeks are a bit more hollow and the chewing muscles a bit bigger, so it could just be the gum.
Still, I'm only 20 so I could just be growing.
Also when I press my tongue on the roof of my mouth, my chin's side profile looks better.

It also helps with head and neck posture
