250mcg? I think you mean 250 IU... Otherwise, 10000 IU is way too big, you're on your way to Hypervitaminosis D. Enjoy.
Also, Centrum is shit. More expensive than most multis and at the same time shit ingredients (like magnesium oxide, kek).

Oh do those things count as 'supplements'? I figured they're basically just 'food', albeit food that is a bit more unusual than potatoes and comes in powder form. I always try to add in my shakes stuff like raw cacao, hemp, spirulina, ashwaganda, horny goat weed, maca, chlorella and so on. Maybe not all that stuff at once though... tastes fucken foul by damn it works. I feel way better and my libido is up like 200%.

Its too fucking much though, all of these supplements, along with some moderate amount of exercise...and my fap cycle, which was 5 to 7 days just decreased to 3 days. Its insane.

The thing is, I am trying not to waste ALL OF MY MONEY on these things, I am trying to reduce my footprint. But it is proving to be nearly impossible, because many of these herbs have proven effects on you. Even on critical websites like examine.com

With these herbs alone, your social life, your family life and whatever can be pure shit, but on the healthy virtues of your body alone you will feel good. Which is amazing.

Not only do they allow you to feel good, they allow you to overstep normalcy by a fuckton and become better than normal.

Yup, you're right. I used to run a health food store w my family so I had cheap research materials for years. I experimented on myself so that's how I developed my knowledge. (And learned about msm etc). Also, they can be super fucking expensive. Ps100 which basically is a fat that helps brain functions is pricy for non soy formulations, which are best. But I'm an oldfag w money now. For you just find the best ones for a low budget. I.e. vit c, pure herbs, etc

I always imagined how these elite sporters can justify buying their elite gear that seems extremely ridiculous in terms of price/performance. But now it all makes sense.

In most sports there is a subtle "well a little bit of this will make me a little bit better" type of pattern that repeats itself for a 100 times. With nutrition it even does so without the need to eliminate the previous patterns (supplements) You can just keep on adding and adding, and as long as you keep being careful with dosages, and dont consume weird medications, everything is safe. And everything just adds up slightly, until you just feel great being alive.

But that does make me think, I have a shit social life, and I kinda felt like shit because of it a while ago. But lately I just keep on feeling better and better. So to me that suggests that perhaps the pyramid of needs may be wrong. Perhaps the biggest effects to mental well being come from a bio chemical base.

A lot of things contribute to mental health: physical health, sleep, socialization. But remember, we are all just bags of chemicals. Recently they've found a link between gut bacteria and mental illness. Maybe probiotic can help the mentally ill. So I know quite a lot of spooky gut things, I even have a regime around it. The variables surrounding me are vast, and to a normal person to detail all the differences I would require a couple of full pages to describe.

But from what I can tell, your biological base is at least 60% part of your well being, of your good moods.

I still have a roof over my head, and have some security in life, and feel philosophically fine thanks to the chans (according to the pyramid of needs I met a lot of them already)

But on the other hand, my relationship with my family has worsened, I took on a job that has less socialization, I missed my sport clubs recently.

So if the social part really was such a heavy weight on a persons well being, I should have made a regression...but it didnt. It wasnt even as so heavy as to keep me in one place. I actually managed to feel better still.

That's good you're feeling good. im a loner and don't need lots of socializing. But human are social creatures. There's a reason solitary confines is a way to punish humans. I'd recommend you increase your socializing to feel the best you can. Otoh if you can legitimate monkmode then more power to you

The thing is, I enjoy socialization a lot, but it just doesnt feel as a very heavy weight to me that much. Its probably only near 30% of importance to the whole I think.

Socialization of example wont increase my vo2 max. It wont give me deeper rem sleep. There are a lot of variables around the body that socialization simply has no influence upon. And a lot of these things are tied to good mood.

Socialization is further made less useful by the fact that I "socialize" on the chans, though not face to face, but the quality of the transmission is ten times higher than in real life, than in normie ville.

So basically, the only thing that I am deprived off is seeing faces react to my words, direct body language, and of course women, the love of them.

So all in all, this kind of weird lifestyle, an adaptation it may be, actually somewhat works. Though I am not a neet anymore.
