>8 hours of sleep
>2+ hours before midnight sleep
>fresh air in room before sleeping

all of this works for me like a charm

I have trouble putting anything down in the morning but I'll give it a shot.
How often do you jerk off? If 2 or more times daily you may have a build up of cortisol that is keeping you down. Signs are thinning hair, fat in face stomach and neck, and low energy.
My body produced a fuckton of cortisol regardless, unfortunately. I have trouble remembering a day where I wasn't stress at the slightest thing.
