There is a thing I like to call pain and fear therapy. The reason why I feel so depressed is because I am way too "sheltered".

It may seem strange, but exposing yourself to pain and/or fear will make your problems feel extremely trivial so to speak.

Another thing that isn't really related to feeling like shit when you wake up but rather when you get up.
If you are not tired try to get up and take a shower/eat /start your day otherwise at least I can lie in bed for a couple of more hours only to get more tired and stressed.

I have trouble getting out of bed when it's too cold. The bed will be too comfy to leave.
