What's the longest you've ever fasted? My record is 48 hours. I am on Hour 31 of this fast. My goal is one month. I am obese.

So what if I eat 50% more for one day, or 3 days? It's not going to make up for a month of fasting. Post fast binging is a myth. I didn't eat noticeably more than 20% more after a 48 hour fast.
