there's usually a cable attachment at the very bottom of the machine
if the cable height is adjustable then place it at the lowest setting and don't be a manlet.

Just do chinups
They help grow the part of your bicep closest to your forearm- no need to go heavy on them. I suggest doing them on a preacher bench. You don't need to do them with both arms at the same time like pic related, just make sure you go slow on the negative portion of the rep. You know you're doing it right when a 25lb dumbbell makes your forearm feel like it's going to explode from the pump.

Incline alternating dumbbell curls and hammer dumbbell curls is all you need for bicep isolations.
