For bench recently switched to nuckols 3x beginner and it is going amazing
But my Deadlift and squat are stalling.I am eating and resting enough. Just try to deload? I think it is specifically the deadlifts that are causing me to not recover. I have freak long arms so it should shoot up far past (i know leverages and insertions exist too) since I wasn't using my hamstrings properly before and they are weak. Gimme fat advice boyos please. My lifts are a little better than an average beginner but it's because this isn't my first time, I was injured for months and have been lifting again for a month

Think I'm brewing on some quad tendonitis or something again. Rolling and stretching doesn't alleviate any pain, and using my quad in any way makes it ache. The pain isn't as bad as when I had adductor tendonitis, but it's bad enough that I feel I shouldn't squat much/heavy.
Pain is located about 5 cm above the kneecap.
Any tips? I'm a little reluctant to let it rest completely if I don't have to.

In your positon I'd take time off. Tried and proven method for a injuries for me.
Eating is overrated. I added 10kg to my bench in a week with no food, went into my session hungry, just abused smelling salts and tried hard.

actually I've come to the realisation that what you eat after lifting is more important.
I used to fill myself up before lifting and was always lethargic and under preformed.
However now I'm lifting on a very small meal, whatever I can eat in 5 minutes, and I'm able to preform very well.

Had a chocolate sandwich before lifting the other time as I was reallyyyy tight for time. Had a good session.
For months I would eat about 1-1.5 cups of oats beforehand, and never did I feel as up to lifting as I have in recent months eating less.
Do some bodybuilding and forget PL for a few months lad.
