is he natural?

is clarence natural?

for an 100kg lifter with 180kg snatch and 220kg* c&j
how would he place in competition?

He's bulgarian, but sold out to Qatar for money. Can't blame him, weightlifters in here were at the top of the world and they got scraps. FeelsBulgarianMan

clarence's drug dealer here

yeah he's natty

depends on ur definition ;)

jeez i dunno man, if he could translate his gym lifts to competition? well shoot, what were the guys at the olympics lifting? are the results available online? i don't know and i haven't looked so i'm going to assume they aren't

If Clarence were to cut back down to 94kg and still maintain 180/220 he would be on the podium at the Olympics.

no he wouldn't

you can't go to the olympics on roids unless you're chinese or american

Should I type 'mutatis mutandis' after every hypothetical proposal I post?

posting pent action shot lads

looking lean and mean

Wtf is this

pent

I spent Henry???

gib some nice lat stretches pls

I'm hyperextending lumbar to compensate for tight lats restricting my overhead position

No shit I'm talking about wtf he doing being 3 feet off the ground

How long does it take to get good flexibility for overhead squats and snatch?

I do some shoulder dislocations every day but I'm not any closer.

foam roll lats instead of stretch tbqhwy

Secret Korea technique

Are you sure its only your shoulders?
Lots of people missing that flexibility also have hip issues which might seem like shoulder inflexibility.

Where should I place squats in my routine?
Is squatting on the same day as doing cj/snatch a bad idea?

No. Put them where they need to be. Most people squat after classics but if you need to prioritise squat do it first
