Hello this be my first post here on fit. I started going to the gym lately again. And this is what I look like now. I go to the gym every other day. Like 1 day gym 1 day rest 1 day dym. Also is it ok to go everyday, but the second day u do less stuff or liek rowing for 20 minutes maybe ? I will post again in 30 days when my current gym ticket expires. Btw fit how do I get rid of my manboobs ? Those little shits need to go man I wanan fuck n these faggots give me showfright.

So I prioritized eating slightly above maintenence and lifting for a bit but now i want to just prioritize cutting all the leftover fat while keeping what little size i have. The stubborn layer of fat is really fucking with me. Is it actually possible to get the level of lean with visible seperations without dropping my calories dangerously low or resorting to methamphetamine?

Its all about proper ratio of protein / carbs / fats. And eating daily less calories than your body can burn.

You dont even have to exercise, just eat less. But exercising is recommended because under all that fat you are skeleboney and exercising helps burn more calories than just sitting on your ass.

Its a broad topic but it really isnt that hard.
For starters, without changing anything else, cut all soda and sweets from diet. Just cut that shit out you dont need it but its like a drug for your brain.first month is worst.

That alone will make you lose weight unless you start eating some other trash.

Drink tons of water, not only to hydrate, but also to stop hunger and sugar cravings. And dont get me wrong. You should not be hungry, in fact with balances diet on small calorie deficit you will not feel hunger.

Consult specialist if you cannot figure diet on your own. Not everyone has to know how to fix your car and computer and diet at once.

Yes because naturally I could gain weight I stayed at 160 lbs with a 90 lbs bench.

Now I can squat 290 for 5 reps, 1RM deadlift of 330 lbs, and bench 200 lbs.

Before it was a joke. People called me weak and skinny.

Cool thanks, just wanted to know if it was possible or if i was doomed to be soft and flabby for life. Willpower wont be an issue considering i was anorexic during a phase inbetween those two pictures so i kind of have a grip on the whole putting the fork down thing.

I only eat sweets and nonhealthy stuff when drinking. I mostly eat vegetables and do my best to eat stuff that's good for me. I drink a good amount of water, I dont like very sweet drinks but atm I am craving for some cold ass cider man. Imma go smoke some weed get n drink a lil cider.

I have not actually gotten a diagnosis for this. But lets say it is gyno then do I have trouble with my hormones ? Could it be serious ?

Not trolling. I do GVT 10x10 compounds and 3x12-15 accessory work like curls and skullcrushers. Before that I did stronglifts but it wasn't enough intensity. Sometimes I do a 1x20 superset. I used to do pyramids and reverse pyramids.

My genetics failed me I have low T levels anyways.

Anyway what works works but I think the programs are not for longterm if you want to get big while staying natural.

Yeah you got some time to go before you will look good OP. I think you have similiar body type to me so you can make me your goal for your next year of lifting. You can do as much cardio as you want but you need to allow for recovery between lifting especially for stuff like deadlifts. Although I can squat 6 days a week because I have naturally high testosterone levels. Getting close to 405lb squat, should only be another month or 2. Also been getting pretty lean lately. pic related is me currently, 195lbs 6'3".

Question!! Cut all bad stuff (processed foods,sugars, other stuff) from diet, now lots of veggies and fruits and occasionally lean meat size of my fist. Went from 188 to 177 from October to now, but I've hit a wall. Can't seem to continue losing weight even though still continue diet. What do????
