Do your cardio guys. I cant believe I'm this out of shape. I thought just because I had some muscles and low bf% I would have SOME stamina and endurance

I would recommend all of you try to run for even 5 fucking minutes if you just lift., you'd be suprised how hard it is

Pretty embarrassed with myself and going to start training for endurance, and just eat more food to maintain bulk

Nothing you have posted tells my why I should waste my time doing cardio.

If i run a lot no one knows, people can see my muscle however. As far as health benefits go, you get enough cardiovascular from lifting, it doesn't matter.

I do eliptical for 30 minutes and then do my regular lifts. It takes me about an hour and 15 minutes in total. I have noticed I feel a lot better then normal even though I am lifting less just as a precaution.

If strength is a goal, this may be a problem, if you're cutting like I am, then it's just the smart thing to do.

I Just eat less food cutting. I don't do cardio.

If I get hungry I drink coffee, and that totally 100% stops any hunger pangs.

Neither of you read those links, shut up. Weightlifting gives moderate cardiovascular. The health benefits you get from cardio you can get through weight training as long as you aren't taking your sweet as time between sets.

Iktf OP. This summer I was lifting, running, hiking and being very active, but I live in the Pacific Northwest, so it started raining about a month ago and won't stop for another 8 months. I have been lifting but stopped doing cardio entirely and started smoking a lot more and I went on a bike ride the other day and it kicked my ass, even though it was a pretty light ride

Your natural cardiovascular genetics have a lot to do with it. My dad was a marathon runner so even if I don't do any real cardio for months, I can at least run a few miles from scratch, sprints takes a few months for me to build up speed again though.
