does anyone shave their chest? just tried it out and it looks much better desu. wondering what the consensus is.

I shave mine mainly because the hair I do grow is blonde with random brown hairs. Looks better clean shaven if you don't pull it off well imo.

Plan on bulking to 260+ this winter then doing a gradual cut in spring. Running PHUL with cardio and mobility on off days. Because of injury, squats, deads, lunges are all off limits unfortunately.

Looking for actual rates and critiques so that I can target weak areas and correct potential imbalances. Enough with the "REE SO TALL."

Delts: ohp, lateral raises, standing dumbbell ohp,
Lats: wide grip pull downs/ups, rows

Me. Selfie. Relevant lol GOAL is to hit 185 at 9% bf. Just under 2 years. Started at 155 lbs, currently 180 at 11.1% to 14% bf. Deadlift 425, bench 265, squat 335

Rows for sure, and Deadlifts if you aren't already doing them for whatever reason.
Also, depending on how well you are doing on pull ups, try doing weighted ones

I've been trying to hit them harder. I can't do 10 pull ups yet. I do from dead hang each time. I do deadlift but all my lifts are weak.

I do pendlay rows, then at the end of my workout I do just a few cable rows. Should I be doing something different for rows?
