2) I've never actually seen an accounting of "federal welfare" given to the states because the only "federal welfare" would be SS/medicaid/medicare. General welfare is a state matter.
3) What I have seen stats on are how many federal dollars in GENERAL go to particular states, but you libturds automatically equate that to welfare and screech "haha red states are more poor!!" while completely ignoring what government assets and contractors actually reside in such states.
