Except for the bench, I really think you flare too much. I'm not saying you should tuck like mad but around john haack levels of flare would improve your bench imho.

Funny thing right, I was talking to garagebro about this the other week. He went to a seminar wtih Brandon Lilly and there he heard that the "tuck your elbows" cue is misunderstood, that Cam himself has misunderstood it for years.

What the westside people mean is tuck your elbows BEHIND YOUR BACK. Not keep them close to the chest, but to really activate the back to keep tight.

Now, I have to ignore this, but I will say that interpretation of it totally agrees with my own ideal bench form.

What makes it shit? He has an excellent arch (thoracic extension more so than lumbar), leg drive enough to almost pop his butt of the bench, wide grip (which seems to be the way to go, looking at top ipf benchers), good programming (sheiko seems to work for bench).

Imho the only real problem is he flares as much as the average gym bro. I wonder how long his shoulders are gonna last. Also this gives him almost no acceleration off the chest.
