I bounced around routines a lot. I do pretty much strictly powerlifting stuff and modify the accessories as I see fit. Did SS, then candito's, then smolov (hit 405 squat at 155 lbs). Now I'm doing 531 and following the arnold rep scheme for most accessories. sets of 12 and 15 and shit on chest flyes and accessory work, seems to do wonders for strength gains.

Nope. I basically topped growing in 10th grade. Been the same height for like 10 years. Never made it to 6'. I'm 188 lbs now. 270 bench, 410 squat, 550 deadlift, 170 OHP (may be higher now, haven't tested OHP in a while). 115 lb weighted pull-up.

Possibly a very light form of it, but I think it's mostly due to bad pecs genetics. I'll never have an aesthetic chest.
