For the privacy it's either ZEN or XVG - both privacy coins that are extremely promising.

For the problem one, I personally believe it's WTC. It's the only project that has an incredible team with regards to ability and community involvement. On top of that, WTC is releasing the genesis blockchain, wallet, and staking after the 25th.
