Unregulated by visible authority

>unregulated by visible authority
>literally wild wild west approach to organization and verification
>built on "trust" that the ledger is accurate
>highly vulnerable to corruption and hacking
>once work is obsolete due to automation so is currency
>resources will be distributed by state power and privatization will be extinct
>individuals with bitcoin will literally be left with 1's and 0's
How is this a good idea again?

thread isn't going to suck less than it did 12 hours ago

what do people get out of posting stuff like this again and again?

I guess this is where you run into the strangest people of the internet

omg ur right selling my coins right now

>highly vulnerable to corruption and hacking
You don't really know what tf you're talking about do you?
I bet your knowledge of what it means to "hack" something comes from pop culture.

Besides, you're beyond delusional if you think that your lofty ideals of socialism will lead us to a Star Trek society

>unregulated by visible authority
That's the point

>literally wild wild west approach to organization and verification
Elaborate this.

>built on "trust" that the ledger is accurate
It's not trust, it's a mathematical fact.

>highly vulnerable to corruption and hacking
Literally the opposite is true.

>once work is obsolete due to automation so is currency
Wealth distribution will still be a thing. In an automated world, an automated currency like smart contracts will be used by everyone

>resources will be distributed by state power and privatization will be extinct
Implying people will accept this

>individuals with bitcoin will literally be left with 1's and 0's
Literally "the Interner isn't even real, how ia it gonna be successful"

Crytocurrency was invented to solve the problem of transactions requiring a trusting middleman. But that has literally never been a problem. So why does cryptocurrency need to exist?

1/10 bait

The Automation argument is irrelvant, FIAT would be worthless too.
The 1's and 0's argument is pointless too. an iPhone is useless without electricity, a Mercedes useless without Petrol.

Tell that to the greeks who had their money frozen in their banks.

Try harder.

I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.

I went to work so I couldn't reply
>no refutation
Kk
Uh..
It's currency enveloped in encrypted tech you fucking pleb, trust me that someone right now is developing a way to scramble and implode the whole market you dingus
The block chain mining culture built on trust that the ledger is updated accurately is such a stretch and and sketch. Even if that method miraculously worked smoothly for sometime, All it takes is for someone to mirage a certain vast amount of people and you get flash information, disruption of the market. I can see a shit ton of lawsuits coming for this and going nowhere. Like a traffic stop led by citizens, complete disaster.

Bit coin is not real currency it's inherently worthless, no one needs it. It's not a resource. If there is no more currency being manufactured by mints since Work is obsolete and everything is being rationed. Wtf you gunna do with bit coin? The system won't be running on currency any ways. At least with physical wealth can make something out of their resources. Also you're a fucking retarded if you think the majority of society will be "mining" for money.

nope, you simply don't understand how it works. sad.

Electricity is here forever you fucking retard. Work isn't, dumbfuck. -10/10 reply

>i'm 14 and I just finished binge watching star trek

I think you are the retard here boyo

>"im not retarded, you are"
R.i.p your finances and bitcoins future, remember my smile when the bubble pops :D

Not saying the bubble will never pop but its a long way off yet and I'll be riding it on the way up.

it's going to be hard to smile while wagekeking at mcdonalds

> he's never heard of selling at the top

Bombardier bud, im all the way UP

>meaningless idiom
Haha humor helps nullify the weight of debt
