BTG fork is expected to happen around October 25th, might happen a bit before(late 24th) or a bit after(late 25th). As for who is supporting it, nothing has been confirmed. I'm also waiting on a word from Polo. My wager...since they supported the BCH fork, they'll probably support this one but who knows...

Hi OP, palm beach research recommends. Jaxx. abra, or the the blockchain.info wallets. All 3 of these wallets supported previous forks and everything so its a start. These guys called the NEO moon and OMISEGO moon as well, so they have some knowledge in the crypto space. No always move your btc into a wallet where you own the keys instead of exchanges where you technically dont own anything there.
