Even if you don't care about the tech you really shouldn't be spouting bullshit like that which can easily be disproved by so much as skimming the whitepaper. I don't know where this meme of whales having a lot of LINK somehow magically centralizing the system started, but how much each node stakes on their correctness is not the prime deciding factor of which ones get picked. It's just one piece of data you have access to when deciding which nodes to use and how heavily to weight them when working out the consensus for your specific query. That's literally all it is: a node puts up X LINK showing you how confident it is that it will be correct. If disagrees the rest of the network it loses its stake, so nodes with a higher stake have a higher incentive to not provide faulty or tampered-with data. You get to decide how much that promise is worth to you - if at all - when selecting and aggregating the nodes you want. ChainLink is highly resistant to centralizing forces of any kind because you would need a third of the nodes you picked to be colluding for them to have a chance of influencing the consensus in such a way that benefits them and reduces the robustness of the data. If you suspect that the five "best" (lowest fees, highest uptime, highest stakes, highest accuracy, largest variety of sources for your desired piece of data, use of trusted hardware, or whatever other criteria you have personally chosen to select nodes by) nodes could potentially be colluding with each other, then literally all you have to do is select 15+ nodes for your valuable transactions to ensure your oracle queries cannot be compromised by their influence.
