brekkie: bowl of oatmeal with blue berries, banana and pomegranata seeds

snack 1: 1 hard boiled egg

lunch: 2 slices of rye bread with cottage cheese

snack 2: 1 slice of rye bread with peanut butter

dinner: steamed broccoli/spinach, avocado and 2 tomatos and then 2 chicken breasts

or hot cheetos.

but i digress. what about YOU???

how much did you run/lift today?

i lifted for maybe an hour and 40 minutes. i'm 174 lbs and trying to bulk.

how tall are you?

4 oz almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil (tea)

8 oz chicken
1 avocado
2 cups chopped kale
2 tbsp olive oil

4 eggs
4 slices of bacon
2 oz cheese
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 green pepper
1 cup chopped kale
4 oz pork shoulder

Breakfast: nothing
Snack 1: Fruit leather
Lunch: nothing
Snack 2: 2x fruit leather
Dinner: Double cheeseburger, beans, apple, 2x glass of chocolate milk, ice cream
Total: 1881 kcal

Something tells me this isn't how cutting is supposed to work...

I cut down 8 months ago and no matter what I eat they won't disappear, it's strange. I've put on 10lbs since then

Cutting diet. 40/40/20, 200/200/44
700-1000kcal deficit, plan to lose 3-4kg this month.
Planning to start slowly cutting carbs and adding protein and fats.

What do you think?

Yesterday since I haven't eaten today:

Breakfast: Ham sandwich with mustard 180 calories
140g of blueberries 70 calories
Black tea with 1 tsp of brown sugar and milk ~50 calories

Dinner: Chocolate almond milk ~50 calories
Golden almond milk (turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, bit of pepper, sugar) ~95 calories kind of gross, would not recommend
5 Pecans and 2 Figs

600 calories total. /thinspo/

What are you doing man?

Starving yourself doesn't work because your metabalism is going to go into forever-sleep mode thinking there's a lack of food and you'll never be able to burn significant calories or have regular energy.

It's not a meme, it's counterproductive to have more than a 500 calorie daily deficit.

Yea, I haven't eaten my second shake yet (the one with the PB).

I usually aim for 150g I know it's unnecessary though.

I mostly only buy chocolate smooth/vanilla, I've tried rocky road also and it has an odd taste like the salted caramel.
