Evening chaps.
I can't remember the last time I had a 'proper nights sleep' or felt 'well rested'.
Obviously sleeps massively important for gains and basic wellbeing.
Would any of you guys actually say you sleep well?
I need to fix this but besides waking up at the same time everyday and exercising during the day to feel tired, is there anything that helps?
Sorry if this seems like a pointless question.
Diet changes how well you sleep.
Don't eat anything too sugary before bedtime.
Anything without the use of drugs?
Reading a bit before bed has always helped me to get properly tired.
Run 10 miles + hot shower then go to bed.
Etizolam and other random benzos from the internet
OTC Melatonin helped me sleep
My brother got a MyPillow and said it helped him sleep better and lucid dream. You might want to check that out
>Using an anti-depressant to sleep
Melatonin gummies were a life changer for me. Much better than the melatonin that comes in capsules.
