They probably didn't grow, I just went from locking out at dicc to locking out just below balls, my deadlift is also my best lift despite always locking out so high.

I realised I was benching wrong this entire time. I messed up scapula retraction, but after seeing Connor lutz video I know where to improve.

The issue I currently have is my chest is too small, and I've having a hard time getting it bigger.
Any advice? Any good accessories? Just anything to explode my chest and delts?

It wasn't easy but it wasn't hard either. On my 5x2 at 80% I made the last 3 sets triples

On my 6x3 bench I added a seventh set and paused every rep

On my 5x4 squat I added 5 extra lbs

I also failed a 70% triple during my first squat session block because I tried to lock it out funny

I'm not great with recommending bodybuilding style stuff.
I'd just say add in some high-rep incline benching or maybe some dumbbell benching. idk I never found chest size to be something to be all that worried about in regards to performance. Keep working and getting stronger and it'll come as it's going to.
If you're just worried about looking good then find someone a little more feminine than me to recommend your lipstick.

I doubt it's due to chest size. I'd blame it on technique or recovery first. Then maybe nutrition and programming.

If you're looking for some accessories to help you with technique and stability, try 3ct pause bench or spoto presses.

I'll start introducing some squatting soon, I think. The past two sessions I've just deadlifted and some light bicycling for 20 minutes for reintroducing the quads to doing something.

I have thp wraps and bench more than anyone in PLG who owns signature golds

I have a feeling a lot of the injuries I'd had stemmed from not having a balanced training background. Thought jugg might help... might do inverted though because fuck sets of 10 on anything but upper body.

I'd say you should give the regular a go. As much as high rep squatting/deadlifting sucks, it can bring a lot to the table in terms of offseason development - it's pretty damn good for work capacity, overall condition, mass, things of that nature.

And no, they're not that hard. But it does become exhausting at certain points as you go along accumulating fatigue.

But yes, that's how Sheiko works. Medium weights, low reps, a fuckton of sets - for the most part. Not hard, but exhausting sometimes.
