The general idea is the same,you have a volume day that pushes your progression on intensity day.

TM is also designed to let you progress on the least amount of volume possible,which is not true in this case because Trappy added OHP volume and cgbp/spoto.
I'd also do some changes:
VD: Replace snatch deads with regular deads,if you're running TM you probably are a new lifter and a little more form work other than the max out on ID would be nice IMHO.
LD:Stick to standard squats,don't pause.Use this day as an active recovery since you'll probably be trashed from VD.
ID:Don't rush things with +2kg on sq/dl,TM gets rough pretty fast and you get little to no practice because you're always going heavy.

Not being able to practice form because I was always going heavy is what I didn't like about TM.

This is just my opinion on the matter,you could probably do really well with the program you posted.
Try and see what works,also read the books.
