I'm finally getting to the point where I feel way too fat and the muscle gains aren't enough to offset that. Apologies for shitty lighting, 2 of the bulbs above my mirror are broken, and also special guest appearance of my cats glutes.
I know I need to cut but it's just difficult after I've been so use to over eating.
Just add a little cardio to your routine, just 10 minutes before you life, slowly work your way up. Maybe add 10 minutes each week until you hit a comfortable point
