How do I make spine gainz
Looks like the Spongebob Episode where he broke his ass
>lifter is white
>xray UI is inchinese
Hmmmm
o for real?
that's why when you start getting to heavier weight (anything over 200lbs) you're suppose to switch to a bro split so it's just once a week.
...
that's what you get for dropping the weight.
what happened to him?
story/source?
he went to snap city
fatality
>lifting for strength
your insecurity gets punished.
did he ever walk again
wew lad this image has never been more fitting
how long was he there? did he ever come back?
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
Was a one way trip
why would snapping his spine kill him?
Did the lift snap his spine or did fainting and landing on the plates snap it?
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
That is also what I'm wondering. If his spine actually snapped he should have immediately lost control of his legs, not just slowly keel over. He landed directly on the plates with his back.

THAK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
Looks no different than this

I'm sure he would have fallen faster if it were a spinal injury.
didn't look like anything. Just lost consiousnes due to outflow of blood from head. And the fall didn't look like something that would snap his spine
yeah after he drops the bar he's able to step back, plus wouldn't he have fallen over right away if his legs lost control?
reminds me of that crossfit guy who got rekt, the barbell snapped his back after it bounced off some plates and hit it
Falling on the weights might be the back injury.

200 lbs is heavier? I weigh more than that and I am lean-ish
>reminds me of that crossfit guy who got rekt, the barbell snapped his back after it bounced off some plates and hit it
I still don't understand how that happened. Was it lower back?
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
nah they edited a couple frames of the impact out of original footage for god knows what reason, the barbell hits him on the way down, the bounce impact was superfluous
capped for dumbest post of the day
Yeah the barbell bounced off the stacked weights he or another retard put just behind where he was lifting. The barbell fell fast, bounced off the weights and back into his falling back, which fucked him.
this what a pussy, just shake it off bro
normally even completely severing your spine isn't fatal... if nerves controlling heartbeat and breathing would still be intact ..
Ogar or someshit. Saw the vid: the idiot had some bumpers stacked up behind himself, the bar bounced off them and back into his spine. That is why you keep the platform clear.
>Irony: The Post
I don't know how spinal cord injuries work but if his spine was severed as shown in the x-ray, there's no way he'd be able to stay standing with the weight of his torso unsupported. I think if the lift snapped his shit up the fall would have been pretty violent.

So this is why commercial gyms use rubberized weights...

>hey guize, fuck stands, let's just leave the weights lying around right behind the platform.
the cuck probably didn't even sue the gym, instead he became a mascot for the cult that crippled him.
YOU CAN'T FUCKING SNAP YOUR SPINE IN HALF JUST BY PICKING UP A WEIGHT ARE YOU GUYS FUCKING RETARDED?

As everyone else has said, this is him fainting from ouflow/overexertion, he has no spinal damage. Besides, if we look at the half second or so that we see his technique we can see that he fails to utilise a hip drive suggesting:
a) He is lifting with his back
b) He is hitching
Thank you back-snap gorilla(pbuh)

So lately my lower back has giving me problems. Im scared to drop squats and deads though. People everywhere seem to claim that those exercises raise test the most. I already have low test. Is this shit a meme? Can I drop deads and squats, replace them with safer exercises without any negative consequences?
I really dont know who to believe anymore in this bro-science world of lifting
