Egoism is sort of like Objectivism in that it calls for you to look out for nothing but your own self-interest. It refers to everything that isn't objectively real as a "spook", for example the concept of "good" and "evil" are spooks because what is good? What is evil? That is completely subjective and thus it isn't really "there" in a sense.
