>ITT: /weakboyz/
how has your progress been going, anons?
in one month
>ohp: 45 to 60 (had to deload, i can't fucking make it progress)
>benchpress: 55 to 85
>squat: 75 to 155
>deadlift: 95 to 170
was about 120 lbs when i started a month ago, 135 lbs now

sup fellow skelly, I'm 5'9 130
ohp: 60 x 5 (worst lift)
bench press: 105 x 5
squat: 185 x 5
diddly: 140 x 5 (could probably do more but I'm too autistic to get a form check before upping weight)
been at it for about four months
>tfw my squat is the only lift that isn't straight up embarrassing

in one month

>ohp
105-125lb
>benchpress
165-180lb
>squat
190-225lb
>deadlift
250-270lb

was 170lb a month ago, 172lb now

who else /weakboys/ here?

165 OHP
245 Bench
335 Squat
385 DL

is there any hope for me brehs?

do you mean barbell or db for ohp?

barbell

>can't make it progress
eat more

i gained 15 lbs in a month
should i be eatening even more than that

>Up to 16 push-ups before failure now
>Can now reliably do 5 reps with the 15lb dumbell.

Making it lads

Fellow weakboy chiming in.
GSLP makes the slow upperbody, and had to deload twice on BP
since dec 1
OHP 55 - 75
BP 85 -115
squat 115 - 185
DL 135 - 205
all x5

I am a skinnyfat manlet who needs to eat more.

a healthy lifter makes about a pound a month of pure muscle during newb gains stages

let's say you were somewhat predisposed to get even more, though that contradicts your normal body state of auschwitz mode, and you could make twice that much.

let's say you trained really hard.... like really hard and doubled that, and got 4 pounds of muscle a month.

that still leaves you with 11 pounds of fat, or one pound of fat every three days....

reconsider your diet.

If your weight gain has stopped at 135 and you're taller than 5'0", you need to be eating a lot more. I can guarantee your OHP won't be stuck at 60 if you weigh 180.

>tfw hit 50kg ohp last week for 5 reps
>only got 4 reps on tuesday
>3 yesterday
>bench stuck at 75kg for 2 months

thought those were in kgs until the last line

Meant to ask, is it time for a deload?

my weight gain hasn't stopped, i was just saying
im 5'8 too
tfw

do your bench/ohp before everything else

I already do

ITT:

you are not eating enough
you are not increasing your lifts when you really should be
your form is shit

Then it will probably pass 60 eventually. You could gain weight faster, or you could try increasing it in intervals of 2.5. You can find 1.25 lb plates on the internet. But 60 seems a little early for that.

kek, you'll make it just keep it up

I don't do OHP, but I do DB shoulder press which is very similar. I use two 35lbs

Bench Press: 150-160lbs
Sqwat: 185

I'm adding dlift to my routine again, one month ago I was at 135 so probably there again

eating a shit ton too

>bench stuck at 75kg for 2 months

then change something, preferably well over a month ago

These are all kilograms r-right?

pounds u fuckin idiot

I didn't want to believe I shared this board with you lame ass twinks lol

>tfw everyone in the gym except for me squats 400kg and i'm still at 335

should i switch gyms? have i embarrassed myself to the point of no return?

*cums in your ass*
whos the twink now buddy

6'0 around 165

In around 2 months (took off lifting for a little while due to school, resumed over winter break)

>squat (only picked up again about a month ago, didn't do them for a while) 185-230 5x5
>bench 125-140 5x5 (fuck my long stupid arms and shoddy form)
>deadlift 225x5 - 290x5
>OHP 95 5x5 - 105 5x5 (bleh)
>starting to do weighted chin-ups

My upper body is total shit but I'm happy with how fast my dls and squats are developing

That's decent progress for one month OP. Not a weak boi here, but when I started those were probably around my numbers in my first month too. 2.5 years down the line, and I'm a /cheating fraud/ that lifts serious weight. You'll get there.

I'm not weak. However, if you can do a 165 kg overhead press that means you're one of the strongest people in the world. I'm going to go ahead and say that you're not. In fact, I'd be surprised if your OHP was 185 lbs +

I am the weakest deadlifter in this board and I can't squat because of shitty knee genetics.

I win.

Yeah the first ones I really meant to ask if they were kg, the last one was just a joke
I can military press 174lb × 5reps at around 2 years lifting natty
