in one month
>ohp: 45 to 60 (had to deload, i can't fucking make it progress)
>benchpress: 55 to 85
>squat: 75 to 155
>deadlift: 95 to 170
was about 120 lbs when i started a month ago, 135 lbs now

ohp: 60 x 5 (worst lift)
bench press: 105 x 5
squat: 185 x 5
diddly: 140 x 5 (could probably do more but I'm too autistic to get a form check before upping weight)
been at it for about four months
