Yes, her back BEGAN to round out a little too much in the middle of the lift, and she does need to work on that, but when her knees started to cave in just a bit she fixed them and stabilised, and she hit parallel. She also didn't rock back and forth.

That's not what my critique was either. Though the reason she is squatting low bar is that she (like most women) have extremely non-ideal femoral and hip structure for squatting.

My main point of critique is the fact that her squat is incredibly shallow, and would likely not be approved at a meet.

Well, iron plates are generally thinner than you're 7" thick rubber ones you find in Planet fitness.

They are real plates, and the lift is real. it's only 4 plates? Bear in mind she's not natty, I don't see why anyone is doubting this.

Nothing. Anyone who has attempted a heavy pr knows that form can break down fairly easily, and with a low bar squat it usually ends up with some extra forward lean like she had in the video. It wasn't an insane amount though so it's fine

Basically it's all about hip drive. When you back is lagging with the lift it will get rounded and your spinal erectors will be used instead of just stabilizing. This is bad.
