Skim milk vs whole milk thread

There are a few studies showing no increased cardiovascular risk for high dairy fat diet. But I'm still skeptical because it's sat fat and nothing about dairy changes that. Still, I drink tons of whole milk. It's cheap calories and protein. I'm more worried about the high sugar to be honest.

weird. I drink 2% and it tastes just about as good as whole to me
it's at 1% where it starts to taste like watery nothing

I really notice the difference in coffee. Otherwise I can't tell much of a difference between whole and 2%.

Add a scoop of protein powder.
