I'm somewhat T-rex mode, but it's kind of on purpose. During the summer I work my upper body a lot, and have a decent bench, but during the winter I train mostly endurance and legs because I free ski. It's a lot easier going over 30 foot drops when you're lighter. I don't need the upper body strength then, so I focus on keeping my legs strong with great endurance.
