Holy fuck ur bench/ohp is almost the asme as mine, but ur deadlift and squat are like 70% stronger

I sometimes feel like I'm the only person here that has a good deadlift. 98% of deadlifts I see here are fucking pathetic.

I'm honestly kind of afraid of increasing my deadlift too fast, I don't want to hurt my back. I try to focus on having good form and increasing it little by little. That's why my deadlift is so pathetic, at least.

You probably have shitty hamstrings. Do you sit down a lot? Or maybe are you super flexible in your hamstrings? I know people who've had this problem who were super flexible.

Now that you mention it the last time i was playing with my form i woke up with super sore hamstrings. I thought i fucked something up and went back to my normal form.

Maybe using your back more, finally used your hamstrings correctly, then they got sore.

Your hamstrings are supposed to be sore, they are the main muscle used, and your lower back should be less sore than your hamstrings.

A lot of people fall into this, do whatever you did that made your hamstrings sore, and you'll improve.
