Hey dudes I'm not retarded but this is my first journey into fitness. I'm 6'0" 207lbs, and I have been doing 30 mins cardio + lifting three times weekly in an effort to lose some chub. I've been doing this for about 5 weeks and my weight has stayed the same. Do you think I'm just replacing the fat with muscle, which is why my weight hasn't changed? Or do I need to up the lifting/cardio and count calories?
